Warning
If you are using a Linux or Mac OS system, you cannot use ArcGIS software without virtual machines or other auxiliary tools.
After instalation

Check System Regional Format Click the Windows Start button > search for Control Panel > go to All Control Panel Items > Region.

Set the Format to English (United States) — do not change any other settings!
